Third Legislative Review
(2009-2010):
The Special Committee to Review the
Freedom of
Information and Protection of Privacy Act was
created on October 6, 2009. As the legislative
review proceeds, information will be posted
here.
The Commissioner encourages citizens, public bodies and
all stakeholders to participate by making suggestions to
the Special Committee to improve the Act.
The Special Committee has
issued a Call for
Submissions, inviting the public to take part
in this review.
